Alfred originally started out in the industry as a CPA in 1981. The personal approach to financial planning was what led him to become CFP certified in 1990. Since then he has grown his practice to over 600 clients across the United States.
Alfred is well versed in identifying client’s goals and objectives; thereafter planning effective strategies to pursue both short and long term financial successes. Specializing in estate planning and investment strategies, his practice tailors consultations to address each and every client’s specific needs while building long term business relationships.
Alfred earned a bachelors degree from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York City. He has two adult children and resides with his wife in Garden City, NY.

Daniel graduated from the University at Albany in 2005 with a dual major in Business and Psychology. Shortly after, he began his career in Financial Planning.
Dan started at Foresters Financial in 2007, and continued building his client base throughout the Great Recession. While working at Foresters he continued his education by acquiring additional licenses and becoming supervisor at his company. After 9 years, Dan decided to transition to an independent firm in order to better serve his clients. He joined forces with Alfred Russo at LPL Financial in November of 2016 and became CFP Certified 1 year later.
Currently, Dan is happily married with a son Hayden born Aug 2017, and a daughter Kaia born Feb 2019. His family resides in Massapequa, NY.
Amanda joined LPL Financial in 2018 to follow her passion of helping people succeed and pursue their goals.
Prior to joining LPL, Amanda held a variety of consulting roles in the Life Sciences and Health & Wellness space, where she specialized in encouraging healthy day-to-day behaviors. Most recently, Amanda was the Director of Sales for a Boston-area startup focused on promoting health & wellness in the workplace.
Amanda graduated from Tufts University in 2010 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies. During her time at Tufts University, she captained the Tufts University Field Hockey team. Shortly after graduating, Amanda founded the Tufts Athletics Alumni Group to support professional development among student-athletes and alumni.
Client Support Staff
Anne is a Financial Administrative Assistant who has extensive experience helping advisers service their clients accounts. Prior to joining LPL in 2008, her varied experience in the financial industry included 10 years in banking, first as a Bank Examiner with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and then as an Assistant Bank Treasurer for the Bank of Great Neck.
Anne is a graduate of the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Client Relationship Manager
Marguerite joined LPL in 2019 bringing extensive experience in the financial services and not-for-profit sectors. She was a First Vice President at Prudential Financial, later Wachovia Securities, where her diverse experience included business and operating risk management, new product analysis, corporate risk management, financial analysis and planning, treasury cash management, and accounting and financial reporting.
Marguerite graduated from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She volunteers her time and expertise to assist area not-for-profits achieve their goals.
Mary is an Administrative Assistant with experience in helping advisors service and maintain their clients’ accounts. She has been working in the financial field for close to 20 years, first with W.S. Griffith then LPL Financial. Her duties have also included bookkeeping and office administration. Prior to that, she worked in the insurance field for over 16 years, most of that time as an Underwriting Assistant at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
Mary graduated with an Associates in Arts degree from Nassau Community College. She is involved with a couple of church groups where she helps with monthly meetings and weekend retreats. She lives in Suffolk County with her wonderful husband and their two fur babies (rescued cats).
