Alfred originally started out in the industry as a CPA in 1981. The personal approach to financial planning was what led him to become CFP certified in 1990. Since then he has grown his practice to over 600 clients across the United States.
Alfred is well versed in identifying client’s goals and objectives; thereafter planning effective strategies to pursue both short and long term financial successes. Specializing in estate planning and investment strategies, his practice tailors consultations to address each and every client’s specific needs while building long term business relationships.
Alfred earned a bachelors degree from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York City. He has two adult children and resides with his wife in Garden City, NY.

Daniel graduated from the University at Albany in 2005 with a dual major in Business and Psychology. Shortly after, he began his career in Financial Planning.
Dan started at Foresters Financial in 2007, and continued building his client base throughout the Great Recession. While working at Foresters he continued his education by acquiring additional licenses and becoming supervisor at his company. After 9 years, Dan decided to transition to an independent firm in order to better serve his clients. He joined forces with Alfred Russo at LPL Financial in November of 2016 and became CFP Certified 1 year later.
Currently, Dan is happily married with a son Hayden born Aug 2017, and a daughter Kaia born Feb 2019. His family resides in Massapequa, NY.
Amanda E. Murray
Amanda joined Plan 4, Inc. in 2018 to follow her passion of helping people succeed and pursue their goals. Since joining, she has helped hundreds of individuals and families work towards their financial goals with her holistic and straightforward approach. She enjoys working with clients at all phases of their financial journey - including retirees, recent graduates, working professionals and everyone in between. Amanda has been a member of LPL's Freedom Club since 2022.
Prior to joining Plan 4, Inc., Amanda held a variety of consulting roles in the Life Sciences and Health & Wellness space, where she specialized in encouraging healthy day-to-day behaviors. Most recently, Amanda was the Director of Sales for a Boston-area startup focused on promoting health & wellness in the workplace.
Amanda graduated from Tufts University in 2010 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies. During her time at Tufts University, she captained the Tufts University Field Hockey team. Shortly after graduating, Amanda founded the Tufts Athletics Alumni Group to support professional development among student-athletes and alumni.
Marguerite joined LPL in 2019 bringing extensive experience in the financial services industry and a desire to help people navigate the complexities of financial management. She was a First Vice President at Prudential Financial, later Wachovia Securities, where her diverse experience included business and operating risk management with a focus on analyzing products proposed for distribution through the retail network.
Marguerite graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In her free time, Marguerite volunteers her time and expertise to assist area not-for-profits achieve their goals.
Client Services Manager
Anne has helped advisors service their clients’ accounts for over twenty years. Prior to joining LPL in 2008, her extensive and varied experience in the financial industry included 10 years in banking, first as a Bank Examiner with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and then as an Assistant Bank Treasurer for the Bank of Great Neck.
Anne is a graduate of the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Jim joined the Plan 4 Financial team in February 2023, bringing 30 years of global capital markets experience and achievements in revenue generation, client relationship building, risk management, and business development with several of the world's largest investment banks.
At JPM Morgan and Morgan Stanley, Jim developed and led teams delivering global securities finance solutions to institutional clients and broker-dealer counterparts. At Goldman Sachs, he led the equity finance product development effort, the New York international equity finance trading team, and elements of the internal audit group.
Jim earned an MBA degree from Columbia University and a BBA degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Anna joined Plan 4 Financial in November 2021 bringing over thirty years of administrative experience in private equity, legal services, office management, and human resources. At private equity firm Rizvi Traverse Management, as well as at law firms Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, and Hawkins, Delafield & Wood, Anna provided unparalleled administrative support to senior managers and partners. She brings her attention to detail and love of helping people to her current role with Plan 4 Financial.
Greg re-joined Plan 4 Financial in September 2022 continuing several years of part-time employment with the firm. His attention to detail and background in technology and software are of tremendous benefit to staff and clients alike. Greg’s responsibilities include data management and client services. He brings a desire to help people and a drive to expand on his current role at Plan 4 Financial.
Director of Technology
Alfred serves as the Director of Technology for Plan 4, Inc., and has been with the company since 2010. He handles all things technology related, and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Plan 4’s business systems. He earned a B.A. from Bates College.
Patricia joined Plan 4 Financial in August of 2023 bringing over 45 years of professional experience in client services, management development and leadership training and Human Resources Management. At a savings bank and in a non-profit organization, Patricia provided services and support and direction to clients and employees in all facets of human resources management. In her previous role as Human Resources Director, Patricia managed multiple benefit plans including a defined benefit and 403-b plan.
Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis College and an MBA degree from Pace University.
