Patricia joined Plan 4 Financial in August of 2023 bringing over 45 years of professional experience in client services, management development and leadership training and Human Resources Management. At a savings bank and in a non-profit organization, Patricia provided services and support and direction to clients and employees in all facets of human resources management. In her previous role as Human Resources Director, Patricia managed multiple benefit plans including a defined benefit and 403-b plan.
Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis College and an MBA degree from Pace University.
